Frank Quatro

Founder and Principal Consultant, Frank Quatro, leads the company’s strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With over 25 years of experience in IT and multiple patents pending, Quatro collaborates with clients to create and commercialize intellectual property to sustain competitive advantages, grow market share and enter new markets. To ensure customer satisfaction, product quality and market value, Frank encourages an agile process with a focus on software scalability, ease of use, and performance. Mr. Quatro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin – The Red McCombs School of Business. Quatro also serves as an advisor to businesses and startups throughout the U.S.

Jon Sather

Intelligence Expert, Jon Sather, leads and advises initiatives to commercialize technology in the intelligence and defense markets. Jon served 25 years in the Central Intelligence Agency, Directorate of Operations as a Senior Intelligence Service executive – part of the senior leadership team in CIA that directs world-wide operations. Sather spent over two decades leading skilled, multi-disciplinary teams focused on solving challenges of unprecedented complexity in environments of high geopolitical, and organizational risk. He served in several oversea’s locations in Europe, the Balkans and the Former Soviet Union. Sather led, and was intimately involved in intelligence activity that places a high-value on working collaboratively and effectively with the U.S. Department of State, the Defense Department, national government intelligence agencies, senior levels of the U.S. foreign policy community, and the House and Senate oversight committees during his intelligence career. He has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Concordia College, Moorhead MN.

Damon Rousis

Data Science Expert, Damon Rousis, provides technical vision for F4’s data centric services and solutions. With over a decade of experience in data science, analysis and visualization, Damon applies state-of-the-art machine learning and optimization algorithms in the largest industries to provide answers and predictions that create competitive advantages, cut costs, reduce risk and expose new opportunities. Prior to F4, he served as Principal Data Scientist at Clockwork Solutions and led multidisciplinary teams using predictive analytics and simulation modeling in the enterprise asset management market. Damon has a PhD, Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Pat Scherer

Product Management Expert, Pat Scherer, has over 30 years of experience in Software Development and Product Management leading over 40 new product initiatives across e-commerce, banking, internet, communications and SaaS. Currently responsible for leading the implementation of new technical architectures and DevOps services at The University of Texas at Austin.  Ms. Scherer obtained her MBA in Industrial Management from the University of North Texas and Post-Graduate Certification in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. She has certifications in Agile (CSM) and ITIL and conducts professional training and consultation in Business Analysis, Product Management, Agile, Lean and Kanban methodologies.

Beth Fischi

Technical Publications Expert, Beth Fischi, has been managing and writing in the software industry since 1993. She has a Master’s in English and a Project Leadership certificate from Cornell University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). A past Vice President of the award-winning Rochester Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC), Beth currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Central New York Chapter of STC. Her experience includes Senior Technical Publications Manager at Nokia and senior technical writing roles at Alcatel-Lucent and IBM. With F4, she will ensure customers are provided a sound technical information content strategy to reduce time-to-market, improve organizational efficiency, and cut support costs.
